Blind Assessment

Delicate, resonant, sweet-toned. Bing cherry, almond, baking chocolate, brown sugar, magnolia in aroma and cup. Sweet, gently tart structure with crisp, balanced acidity; smooth mouthfeel. A quiet finish centers around notes of baking chocolate, cherry and brown sugar.

Notes

A blend of washed-process coffees from Ethiopia, Colombia and Nicaragua roasted for brewed applications. Mi’s Café is an in-store roaster and coffee shop in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. For more information, call 886-7-2010188, email [email protected] or visit www.facebook.com/MISCOFFEE.

Bottom Line

A carefully considered blend of coffees from three origins — Ethiopia, Colombia, Nicaragua — showing fine range and balance, with an especially pleasuring structure and bright, but not showy, acidity.
