Balanced, sweet-savory structure; crisp, satiny, buoyant mouthfeel. The resonant finish leads with notes of berry and citrus zest in the short, rounding to chocolate in the long, with spicy florals throughout.

Produced by Thaitu Coffee Estate from trees of the SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11 varieties of Arabica.
