Blind Assessment

Deep, savory, yet profoundly sweet and floral. Magnolia, lavender, mulberry, oak in aroma and cup. Rich, roundly ringing acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor deeply saturates a crisply dry finish: flowers, oak, mulberry.

This exceptional coffee was selected as the No. 9 coffee on Coffee Review’s list of the Top 30 Coffees of 2016. Produced from the SL-28 and SL-34 varieties of Arabica.
