Richly sweet-savory, classic Kenya profile. Cocoa nib, pink grapefruit zest, tomato vine, blackcurrant, redwood in aroma and cup.Sparkling acidity; crisp, lightly satiny mouthfeel. Finish centers around notes of Cocoa nib and tomato vine.

Notes

Produced by smallholding farmers and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Cutbow Coffee, based in Albuquereque, New Mexico, is a specialty coffee roaster owned and operated by master roaster Paul Gallegos. Visit www.cutbowcoffee.com for more information.

Bottom Line

This coffee is everything we love about Kenya — unabashedly savory, invitingly sweet, just complex enough to be intriguing without overthinking it.
