Blind Assessment

Very sweet but quite tart, on the edge of sour, with an underlying savory hint. Aroma and flavor notes suggest green apple, molasses, plum, cocoa, agave syrup. Full, smooth mouthfeel. The sweet tendency prevails in an agreeable finish.
