Blind Assessment
Distinctively structured, brightly sweet. Candied grapefruit, blackcurrant, lemon balm, malted chocolate, lavender in aroma and cup. Juicy, sweetly tangy acidity; plush, velvety mouthfeel. Finish resonates with vibrant notes of blackcurrant and citrus zest.
