Spicy and crisply pungent. Fresh-cut fir, black currant, caralm, spicy wild rose, a hint of black peppercorn in arom and cup. Tartly sweet acidity; velvety, drying mouthfeel. Spicy and drying in the short finish, sweetening in the long.
