Blind Assessment

Softly expressed complexity: dark chocolate, oak, kumquat, lavender, with a sweet, slightly starchy note suggesting fresh, ripe corn. Crisp, sweet, rather backgrounded acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Considerably complexity carries into a long, resonant finish.
