Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Richly chocolaty, sweetly nut-toned. Dark chocolate, hazelnut, sorghum, date, magnolia in aroma and cup. Crisp, velvety mouthfeel; nutty, floral finish. In cappuccino format, floral-toned and richly chocolaty.

Bottom Line
This 100% Ka’u is roasted to medium dark and exhibits rich chocolate, sweet floral and creamy nut tones throughout — especially nuanced in milk.
