Blind Assessment: Delicate, fruit-forward. Blueberry, molasses, fresh-cut fir, magnolia, bay leaf in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with tart-leaning, gentle acidity. Velvety mouthfeel. The crisp finish centers around blueberry and fir.
Notes: Produced at Ching-Ye farm in Taiwan entirely of the SL34 variety of Arabica and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit).
