Blind Assessment
Stone-fruit-toned, tea-like floral. Yellow plum, jasmine tea, demerara sugar, ginger root, baking chocolate in aroma and cup. Sweetly brisk structure with crisp acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Finish leads with notes of yellow plum and baking chocolate.
