Blind Assessment
Quietly and subtly original. Tamarind and apricot, sweetly spicy flowers, cumin, cocoaish chocolate in aroma and cup. Crisp, delicate acidity; lightly silky, buoyant mouthfeel. A hint of the nut-toned chocolate survives in a pleasing though simple finish.
