Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Richly sweet, gently roast-rounded. Baking chocolate, Fig Newton, gently scorched cedar, gardenia, orange zest in aroma and small cup. Crisp, velvety mouthfeel; chocolaty finish with undertones of gently scorched cedar. In milk, complex and invitingly nuanced with notes of aking chocolate, orange zest, and gardenia.

A blend of 70% washed Guatemala coffee blended with other undisclosed origins and named after a Hawaiian bird of cultural significance.
