Deep-toned, sweetly herbaceous and earthy. Dried stone fruit medley, petrichor, cocoa powder, pipe tobacco, a hint of eucalyptus in aroma and cup. Sweetly savory structure with wine-toned acidity; very full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Gentle spice- and cocoa-toned finish.
This coffee tied for the third-highest rating in a cupping of coffees roasted by Black-owned coffee companies for Coffee Review’s August 2020 report.
