Blind Assessment
Classic, bright, intense. Blood orange, honey, roasted cacao nib, fresh-cut cedar, a hint of lily-like flowers in aroma and cup. Richly tart acidity; buoyant, lively mouthfeel. The brisker notes – cedar and cacao nib – carry into a richly drying flnish.
