Blind Assessment: Richly chocolaty, deeply sweet. Dark chocolate, freesia-like flowers, crisp pear, vanilla bean, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweet in structure with gentle acidity; velvety-smooth mouthfeel. Quiet, chocolaty finish with notes of pear and cedar.
