Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Richly sweet, fruit-toned. Dark chocolate, raisin, sassafras, molasses, fresh-cut fir in aroma and small cup. Velvety mouthfeel; the gently drying finish centers around dark chocolate and raisin notes. Milk elevates the chocolate and molasses notes while the raisin and fir recede.
