Blind Assessment: Delicately complex coffee. Nut, dark chocolate, raisiny fruit, a hint of flowers carry from aroma through silky bodied cup to a flavor-saturated though rather short finish. Gentle, lemon-toned acidity.
Notes: Available in a 16-ounce valve bag at $11.45. Established in 1963, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a large Los Angeles based roaster and retailer with over 700 locations in twenty countries. Visit
