Blind Assessment: Lavishly and sweetly bright. Honey, jasmine, raspberry, almond in aroma and cup. Richly tart acidity; lively mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but persists in a continued sweetly tart finish.
Notes: This distinctive blend consists of two wet-processed or “washed” coffees, a Kenya and a Panama, plus a dried-in-the-fruit or “natural” Ethiopia coffee. Seattle Coffee Works is a small-batch retail and wholesale roasting company focused on quality and green coffee sourcing without compromise. Who Should Drink It : Lovers of the richly and sweetly bright; a classic cup on steroids.
