Blind Assessment
Tropical, spice-toned. Pineapple, marigold, maple syrup, cardamom, hazelnut in aroma and cup. Sweetly bright structure with lively, punchy acidity; plush, velvety mouthfeel. The finish is carried by notes of pineapple and hazelnut.

Bottom Line
A tropical and spice-forward natural Sulawesi, this cup offers vibrant pineapple notes layered with floral brightness and a nutty, maple-sweet finish.
