Hawaiian Ka’u Rusty’s Farm
|Roaster Location:||Acton, Massachusetts|
|Coffee Origin:||Ka'u growing district, southwestern corner of the "Big Island" of Hawaii.|
|Review Date:||March 2010|
Classic cup: pure, lush, powerful. Molasses sweetness in the aroma with hints of nut and flowers. In the cup grandly but sweetly acidy, syrupy mouthfeel, continued molasses and night floral notes with hints of honey and nut. Long, rich finish.

Who Should Drink It
An imposing, almost monumental cup, whose luxuriant floral notes are powered by a deeply assertive acidity.
