Blind Assessment
A well-structured cup, delicate yet intense. Soft notes of aromatic wood, caramel and fruit in aroma and flavor. Gently tart acidity, silky mouthfeel. The aromatic wood character dominates in a sweet but slightly astringent finish.

This coffee is made up entirely of the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica and is Rainforest Alliance certified, meaning this coffee was produced following sustainable ecological and socio-economic criteria developed by the Sustainable Agricultural Network, a coalition of independent, environment-focused non-governmental organizations.
