Sweet, ketoney. Tequila barrel, vanilla, fir pulp, simple syrup, green peppercorn in aroma and cup. Brash acidity; chalky mouthfeel. Wood-framed finish with distinct ketone notes.

Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of the Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai and Typica varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method.
