Satiny-smooth mouthfeel; chocolaty finish with clove undertones. In cappuccino-scaled milk, spiced-toned chocolate notes are elevated, while fig and herb notes support.
Produced by Finca El General in Acatenango, Guatemala entirely of the Pacamara variety of Arabica, and processed by the wet or washed method (fruit skin and pulp are removed before drying).
