Blind Assessment

Floral and sweetly spicy. Lychee, almond, vanilla and complex florals in aroma and cup. Juicy, balanced acidity; buoyant, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Richly sweet finish carried by a mix of floral notes in the short, condensing to lavender and lychee in the long.

Notes

Produced on the San Sebastian farm in the celebrated Antigua Valley growing region from the much admired, bold-bean Pacamara variety of Arabica, a cross between the giant-beaned Maragogipe variety and Pacas, a selection of the heirloom Bourbon. A dry-processed or “natural” coffee, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been removed, as is the case with wet-processed or “washed” coffees. Turning Point Coffee coffee began with a personal obsession with drinking the best coffees on earth. Each coffee is micro-roasted to order, allowing for an intense focus on the quality and consistency of the product. Located in the San Francisco neighborhood of Inner Richmond, Turning Point not only provides uncompromising quality, but also a personal relationship with friends and neighbors. Who Should Drink It

Anyone with a taste for big, intricate floral notes in a complex and elegant Pacamara cup.
