Blind Assessment: Sweet, delicately bright. Flowers, plum, honey, roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Gently bright, juicy acidity; light, silky mouthfeel. Crisply sweet, cleanly fruit-toned finish with a hint of chocolate in the long.
