Blind Assessment
Crisp, delicate, with molasses, moist pipe tobacco and nut notes in aroma deepening toward a molasses-inclined chocolate in the cup. Brisk acidity, light body, silky mouthfeel. Sweet, gently rich finish with continuing hints of molasses and chocolate.
Notes
Produced from trees of the much-admired Pacamara variety, a cross between the giant-beaned Maragogipe variety and Pacas, a dwarf selection of the heirloom Bourbon variety. The Maragogipe influence would seem to be most prominent here. Based in the greater Toronto area, Social Coffee & Tea Company is dedicated to providing high-quality, fresh-roasted "Glorious Coffees for the People." Visit
