Blind Assessment: Syrupy, pungent. A particularly fragrant cedar, orange zest, grape, honey and a hint of carob-like chocolate in aroma and cup. Round, resonant, slightly drying acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a round, quiet finish.
Notes: The Las Ilusiones farm is owned by Emma Del Carmen Muñoz and her daughters. Who Should Drink It : Full body and a fresh, aromatic cedar in a round-toned but lively cup.
