Blind Assessment: Sweetly and deeply floral. Flowers (lilac, lavender), tangerine zest, honeydew melon, roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Round, juicy acidity; light, satiny mouthfeel. Flowers and cacao carry into a sweet, crisp finish.
Notes: From trees of the heirloom Bourbon and respected Caturra varieties. Huehuetenango is a particularly admired Guatemala growing region. Joe Hung writes the following about Bartok Coffee: “If you like music like coffee, we will create a good time for you, through direct trade and local coffee roaster, let each coffee-loving, modest prices to enjoy unparalleled taste, please visit www.bartok.com.tw.”
Who Should Drink It: Those who value vivacity in a cup both sweetly juicy and crisply zesty.
