Blind Assessment
Delicately bright, honeyish, refreshing. Honey, violet-like flowers, sweetly tart berry in aroma and in cup, where a hint of cocoa complicates. Gently bright acidity; silky mouthfeel. Bittersweet, cocoa-toned finish.
