Richly sweet, nut-toned. Fig Newton, almond nougat, marjoram, cedar, magnolia in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with brisk acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Crisply sweet, nutty finish.
Produced by Osbaldo Perez Ramirez, from trees of the Caturra and Bourbon varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
