Blind Assessment
Gently pungent, nut-toned. Hazelnut, fresh-cut fir, green grape, roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Crisp, delicately lively acidity; silky mouthfeel. Balanced, quietly flavor-saturated finish, gently drying in the long.
