Simultaneously delicately sweet and richly pungent. Brown sugar, dark chocolate, apricot and peach, fresh-cut cedar, plum blossom in aroma and cup. Soft, balanced acidity; lightly syrupy, lively mouthfeel. Balanced, gently rich finish.
From the growing region surrounding the famous colonial city of Guatemala Antigua and produced entirely from trees of the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica. This coffee was awarded first-place honors for the Central America and Mexico category at the 2014 HarVee awards for retail-roasted renditions of green coffees imported to North America by Sustainable Harvest Specialty Coffee Importers. Who Should Drink It
A balanced, quietly complete coffee that gracefully embodies the softly pungent, sweetly seductive tendencies associated with the classic Guatemala Antigua cup.
