Produced by smallholding members of the Cooperativa Agrícola Integral El Renacimiento R.L., from trees of the Bourbon, Catuai, Catimor, Caturra and Sarchimor varieties of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
