Blind Assessment: Sweet-toned, rich; delicately complex. Honey, almond, dark chocolate enlivened by floral top notes in aroma and cup. Deep, resonant acidity; syrupy mouthfeel. Chocolate and flowers sustain nicely in a gently drying finish.
Notes: This blend is comprised of three distinctive origins. Designed for espresso cuisine, but reviewed here for drip and other brewed coffee applications. Donkey Café is an in store nano-roaster based in southern Taiwan that specializes in high-end coffees and fine baked goods. Email [email protected] or call 886-9-86551309 for more information.
Who Should Drink It: Those who prefer quiet, sweet-toned resonance to bright assertion.
