Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Pungent, sweetly spice-toned. Papaya, magnolia, clove, honey, wine barrel in aroma and cup. Richly sweet with balanced acidity; full, creamy mouthfeel. Finish centers around notes of magnolia and wine barrel.
Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
