Blind Assessment
Softly pungent; delicately complex. Honey, roasted cacao nib, vanilla, cherry- and peach-like fruit in aroma and cup. Smooth, poised acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but persists in a round, deep, gently drying finish.
