Evaluated as espresso. Raspberry jam, juniper, dark chocolate, candied tangerine zest, tea rose in aroma and small cup. Lively, syrupy body; flavor-saturated, resonant finish. In cappuccino-scaled milk, notes of raspberry, chocolate, spicy florals, and sweet-toned citrus zest harmonize with balanced complexity.
