Blind Assessment

Delicate, sweetly spicy. Cinnamon, cocoa, dried raspberry, molasses in aroma and cup. Backgrounded, round acidity; lightly creamy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates around the cinnamon suggestion in the richly drying finish.

Notes

This coffee was produced by Jose Alfredo Cupaque on his farm in the Gaitania district of Tolima from trees of the Caturra and Typica varieties of Arabica. Cupaque, a member of the Association of Indigenous Coffee Growers of the San Pedro Indigenous Reserve, belongs to the Nasa We’sx Cabildo tribe.
