Blind Assessment: Tart, sweetly bright, complex. Lemon, jasmine-like flowers, cocoaish nut, fresh-cut fir in aroma and cup. Fine, wine-like acidity; light but smooth, silky mouthfeel. The flavor-saturated finish is drying in the short but sweet and juicy in the long.
Notes: Certified organically grown, and one of Counter Culture’s “Farm Fresh” series of seasonally available coffees. Counter Culture is a wholesale specialty roaster with an informative and lively website, a commitment to fine coffee and youthful, enthusiastic leadership. Visit
