Blind Assessment
Intense aroma: suggestions of dried apricot, raisin, lemon, toast, bittersweet chocolate. Fruit-toned acidity, lightly syrupy mouthfeel and in the cup continued raisin, lemon, bittersweet chocolate. Fruit and chocolate persist in a cleanly sweet finish.
