Blind Assessment

Bright, richly aromatic. Bergamot, apricot, lemon verbena, cocoa nib, honey in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart with sparkling acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel.The harmonious finish centers around notes of cocoa nib and bergamot.

Produced by Hamed Awol, from selections of indigenous landrace varieties of Arabica long grown in the region. Processed by the washed method, including the addition during the fermentation stage of a special cultured yeast developed specifically for washed-process coffees.
