Blind Assessment
Complex, richly aromatic. Bergamot, cocoa nib, pink peppercorn, narcissus, redwood in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; very full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Long, resonant, satiating finish.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). GK Coffee is a nano-roastery in Yilan, Taiwan, that offers both retail and wholesale coffee. For more information, visit www.gkcoffee.com.tw or email [email protected].
Bottom Line
This sweetly spice-toned, gently herbaceous Ethiopia Geisha is supported by a throughline of distinct narcissus notes, elevating and vivifying the cup.
