Blind Assessment
Berry-toned, vividly floral. Blackberry, honeysuckle, raw sugar, pink peppercorn, cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with crisp, juicy acidity; full, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Finish is carried by notes of blackberry and cocoa nib.

Produced by smallholding farmers, from trees of local landrace varieties of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit) at the Megressa Station.
