Blind Assessment
Intensely aromatic, sweetly fermenty. Blueberry jam, Cognac, cocoa nib, pistachio spearmint in aroma and cup. Tart-juicy acidity; fluffy-smooth mouthfeel. Quietly sweet finish with notes of blueberry and Cognac.
