Blind Assessment

Vibrantly sweet-tart. Lime zest, tea rose, cocoa nib, sandalwood, a hint of marjoram in aroma and cup. Brightly sweet with juicy acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The fruit-toned finish is balanced by crisp cocoa nib.

Notes

Produced by smallholding farmers and comprised of coffees from trees of the 74-158, 74-110 and Setami varieties of Arabica and processed by the natural anaerobic method (fermented in the whole fruit with limited oxygen). Bottom Line

A juicy anaerobically processed coffee with the complex, bright lift we’ve come to expect from a nice Ethiopia with added depth from a processing method involving limited-oxygen, whole-fruit ferment.
