Blind Assessment
Delicate and immaculately sweet. Dried blueberry, almond, white tea, lilac in aroma and cup. Balanced, juicy acidity; velvety-smooth mouthfeel. Quietly resonant finish, fruity throughout and sweetly nutty in the long.
Notes
Oromia is a coffee region in southern Ethiopia that produces distinctive coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica long grown in the region. This is a “natural” or dry-processed version, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been removed, as is the case with wet-processed or “washed” coffees. Mojo Coffee is a New Orleans-based roaster specializing in ethically sourced, hand-sorted and small-batch-roasted coffees. It strives to highlight the innate sweetness and unique flavor characteristics of each coffee and focuses on ensuring consistency from seed to cup.
Who Should Drink It
Those who enjoy a beautifully structured, fruit-forward and floral natural-processed Ethiopia.
