Blind Assessment
Tangerine zest, elderflower, thyme, almond brittle, white peach in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet, vibrant acidity; delicate, silky mouthfeel. Lingering notes of white peach and tangerine in the finish.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Serious Coffee is a specialty roaster and cafe based in Taipei. Visit Serious Coffee’s Instagram for more information.
Bottom Line
A bright, juicy washed Ethiopia that highlights vibrant citrus and soft florals, balanced by a sweet nut throughline.
