Blind Assessment
Brightly sweet-tart, rich-toned. Blackberry, hazelnut, lavender, dark chocolate, cedar in aroma and cup. Delicately high-toned acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Resonant finish centered around notes of lavender and dark chocolate.
