Blind Assessment
Deeply rich and sweet. Molasses, almond, pear, lily, lightly singed cedar in aroma and cup. Bittersweet acidity; silky mouthfeel. Almond tones lead in the short, richly drying finish. Sweet molasses and floral notes dominate in in three parts milk.
